Tracking / Reporting Unit Application

Lares Technologies’ Tracking/Reporting Unit Application (TRU App) is a lightweight yet robust software program running on the cellular telephone. The TRU App is used to pair the BTX Ankle Tether to the cell phone – any BTX can be paired to any phone, and then receives thetransmissions from the BTX, takes GPS and cellular tower information and reports everything to a central computer server. The TRU App is downloaded to the cellular phone either Over-The-Air (OTA) or by data cable.

The TRU App provides an easy-to-use, color-coded, icon based Officer Interface. The Officer Interface displays current status and gives the officer confirmation of a correct installation of the BTX, allowing for hook-ups and changes in the field.

All the parameters of the TRU App are programmable allowing for the different reporting needs of individual programs.
